Rotarians arrive early to put the finishing touches on the park setup and vendors arrive and set up.  Participants start arriving, complete their slip area decorations and put their boats on display.

9:00 a.m. - Boat Judging

The official judging of boats and teams begins at 9 am and runs until 10:30 am.  Awards will be presented and delivered to the contestants at their slips shortly thereafter. This will allow the spectators to see the awards before the races.
