The Cardboard Boat Regatta is open to participation from businesses, schools, youth groups, groups of friends, and non-profit organizations desiring to build a boat and participate. This wonderful team-building experience allows individuals to work together toward a common goal and have fun doing it.
Join us on Saturday, March 30th (Rain date - Sunday, March 31st) at Seahawk Park, 1030 NW 28th Street, Cape Coral.
Registration fees must be paid by March 10th. If you have any questions, please contact John Calla at 239-989-8517.
The Cardboard Boat Regatta is just one of many events hosted by the Rotary Club of Cape Coral. These events help raise funds to support local community projects.
Submit your Cardboard Boat Regatta Application and pay the associated entry fee below. Your application will not be accepted until the entry fee is paid.
Rotarians arrive early to put the finishing touches on the park setup and vendors arrive and set up. Participants start arriving, complete their slip area decorations and put their boats on display.
The official judging of boats and teams begins at 9 am and runs until 10:30 am. Awards will be presented and delivered to the contestants at their slips shortly thereafter. This will allow the spectators to see the awards before the races.
Make a difference in our community by volunteering your time and skills. We have a variety of opportunities available for members who want to get involved.
Each entry must confirm the information and details supplied on the registration form…
A wristband will be given to the captain for each release sign formed. Participants must wear these wristbands.
